Speak4Success's Coach Roz Cunnington, is dedicated to helping you meet your personal and career objectives, by improving your ability to communicate and developing effective public speaking skills. Training is based in Hamilton, but NZ wide, on/off site, face to face or online and we can travel to you.
Adults' presentation and communication training is empowering and guaranteed to transform you into a more confident, able speaker. Training is customised, and fine tunes your speaking skills.

Speak4Success also run dynamic Leadership and Challenge Survival children’s Courses during the school holidays.
School training is age-adapted; covering leadership, bullying, conflict, depression, stress, public speaking and school speeches.
Weekly classes for children operate throughout the term.

Roz Cunnington is the founder and trainer behind Speak4Success. An award-winning professional speaking coach, Roz is dedicated to empowering people to shift from a position of fear, anxiety and inadequacy about public speaking, to one of confidence and ability.
A hands-on trainer, Roz believes in active participation over pure theory. Children's classes are fun, engaging and children find their public voice; adult coaching is personal, or corporate whether individual or groups, training is focused, giving confidence and ability. She has enabled countless adults and children to communicate powerfully in all situations.
A coach for successful sports personnel – Olympians/All Blacks/Para Olympians. She is an NZ Trade & Enterprise Regional Service Provider, had Winners in NZ Speechmaker Contest and was formerly a European Tour Manager and Tertiary tutor. Roz has trained adults and children for 35 plus years and convened Festival of Performing Arts and Young Performer of the Year Awards.
